01 Request deletion by email
Email hello@aihealth.clinic with the subject “Delete my AI-Health account”. Send it from the email address on your account, or include the mobile phone number you use to sign in, so we can find your account.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. If the account holder is a child, the request should come from the parent or legal guardian who manages the account.
Please don’t include medical details in the email — we don’t need them to delete your account.
02 What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete your profile and associated account data. This includes the information described in our Privacy Policy, such as:
- account and profile details — name, mobile number, email, date of birth, photo, and body measurements;
- health and wellness data you entered, imported, or generated — glucose and CGM readings, vitals, medications, uploaded reports and prescriptions, meals, activity, sleep, symptoms, and check-ins;
- photos, voice notes, and messages you created in the app.
Deleting your account doesn’t change data held by third-party services you connected yourself (for example Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or LibreView). Manage those in their own settings.
03 What may be kept, and for how long
Certain records may be retained for a limited period where necessary for legal or regulatory reasons (including clinical record-keeping), or held in backups, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Clinical and legal records are kept only for as long as Indian law requires, and then deleted. Backups are wiped within 90 days.
If you were linked to a doctor, clinic, or health facility, that facility may act as a joint controller of your data and may keep its own clinical records under its obligations.
04 Timeline
We acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
We’ll email you when your account has been deleted.
